Requirements: l
本科及以上学历,3年以上咨询/数字营销/电商行业解决方案销售经验 l
能深入挖掘客户及潜在客户信息,具备娴熟的商务谈判能力,推进商务合作; l
有美妆、FMCG、电商行业客户资源者优先考虑; l
熟练运用PPT,有较强的表达能力、现场演示能力,以专业标准回复电子邮件、RFP和提交报告,能够为不同需求的客户量身定制; l
具有管理、谈判和完成复杂交易的经验;
Key Responsibilities: l
Research and identify potential clients who are a good fit for aiken’s services. This includes conducting market research, attending industry events, and leveraging online platforms to generate leads. l
Build a pipeline of potential customers and business opportunities, understand customer demand through multiple channels, and signing up new customers. Regular reporting of pipeline details is required. l
Develop effective sales strategies, independently complete key business actions including presentation to senior executives, negotiation, procurement processing, contract signing, and renewals. l
Understand clients' business goals and challenges and provide tailored solutions from aiken's service offerings. Conduct consultations, presentations, and pitch proposals to prospective clients, effectively showcasing aiken's value proposition. l
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize revenue while ensuring profitability for aiken. Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize agreements and close deals. Requirements: l
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) l
More than 3 years experience in consulting/digital marketing/e-commerce, fluent in English l
In-depth mining of customer and potential customer information, business negotiation skills, and promotion of business cooperation. l
Customer resources in Beauty, FMCG, and e-commerce industries are preferred. l
Strong presentation skills, replying to emails, RFPs and submitting reports in a professional standard, and capable to build tailored decks to customers of different needs. l
Experience in management, negotiation and closing large and complex transactions.
