Front desk staffs, Executive lounge on 12 floors staffs and all concierge staffs was polite and friendly. Good location for those who need a short stay to explore Hong Kong for good foods and walk around when transfer in Hong Kong airport. 5-10 mins walk to reach Asia world expo MTR station which connect you to Kowloon MTR station or Hong Kong MTR station. They do offer free shuttle bus Hotel to Airport and so to Tung Chung citygate mall and MTR station from 5:30am until 11:45pm which you can jump into MTR connect to everywhere in Hong Kong. Breakfast was good, variety of choice but staffs attitude in restaurant are not good at all. Other than the staffs attitude in breakfast area, overall rate that I will give this hotel 9 out of 10.
