1. 预订基本应对

四、 语法知识
1. 酒店服务四种常见的询问句型
1) May I-?(我可以……吗?)e.g. May I have your name, please?请问您贵姓?May I have your check-out time, please?请问您什么时候退房?这样,就比直接问:“What' s your name?”“When will you check-out?”更正式、更有礼貌。
2) Could you…? (您可以……吗?)e.g. Could you fill out the form, please?您可以填一下这张表格吗?这个句型常用于有求于人的时候,比直接要求别人做某事(Please fill out the form.)要更有礼貌。3) Would you…?(您愿意……吗?)e.g. Would you mind a double instead?您愿意改为一个大床间吗?或者,可以用“ How about…?”来替代,用来询问意见和提供建议。4) Shall I...?(要我……吗?)e.g. Shall I call a taxi for you?要我为您叫出租车吗?
2. 如何表示不理解客人的意思
1) 请客人复述Pardon? 或 I beg your pardon?请您再说一次好吗?Could you speak more slowly, please?请您说慢一点好吗?I'm afraid I dont understand很抱歉,我不明白您的意思。2) 重复客人的意思,以证实了解无误Excuse me, sir, do you mean…?对不起,先生。您的意思是不是说……?
3. 如何问候
在向客人打招呼的时候,如果能记住客人的姓名,如“ Mr. Black",而不是笼统的“Sir/ Madam”,客人会由于受到格外的关注而感到满足。打招呼时,最好避免用“Hi”,"Hello”的用语(因为这样显得过于随使),而用“ Good morning/afternoon/evening等比较正式的用语。在客人招呼自己的时候,最常见的回应就是“May I help you?"在为客人提供了服务以后,不妨再问一句:还有什么能为您效劳的吗?”( Anything else?或者 Anything I can do for you?)如果客人没有什么其他的要求,还可以说:“我随时愿意为您效劳。”( I'm always at your service.)或者是:“如果有什么能为您效劳的,请只管告诉我。”(If there's anything I can do for you. please just let me know.)在和客人分别的时候,可以用下面的句子来表达良好的祝愿:Have a good time!祝您玩得开心!Have a nice/good day!祝您有愉快的一天。Please enjoy your stay.愿您入住愉快。(用于客人入住酒店时)I hope you have enjoyed your stay.望您在酒店住得还满意。(用于客人退房时)Have a safe trip!祝您一路平安!(用于客人退房时)
